3 days after I had my nails done I lost 4. I went back the following Monday and asked kindly and she re-did them and was friendly until the end. I asked her what I owed her because I know being self employed is difficult and she replied “nothing” and stormed off into the back. She never said goodbye or anything. I left her a tip on the counter and left. I noticed after I left, my nails were not the same size comparing one hand to the other. That is embarrassing. The next day I have already re-glued 2 nails. As others have said as well, they were on the phone constantly, one was in the back room sleeping where people could see her. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but when I lost nails again, I knew for sure something was not being done correctly.Quality isn’t there. I am not sure if it’s the products or the nail tech or both. Their price is a little higher than other places I called so I had hope I would be I good hands. I probably would not be giving this review if she didn’t storm out and not say goodbye or anything especially when I was offering her a tip for work being done a second time and definitely not if this second set was done correctly. I was kind the entire time and never placed blame or asked for anything for free. A little kindness goes a long way. I had also brought my daughter in to have her nails done. The polish was gone in 4 days. The part that really got me was while I was in there getting my nails fixed a customer came in and inquired to the same person that did her nails the cost of having her daughters nails done that was the same age as mine. I did not have a good experience at Denver Nails. My daughter and I went in for pedicure and nails. We were the only 2 in there. Two other people came in and they stopped doing us and started on the other two ladies so they would not leave. Then, they rushed through my pedicure, my daughters nails, and my pedicure and nails. After 2 hours of this, I told her to forget my nails and left with my toes looking horrible with polish all over them, and my nails looked terrbile. I just got a manicure and they were filed all uneven. I will never go back. The money spent there was a total waste as we are going to have to go somewhere else to get everything redone. My advice would be not to patron this...

Quite honestly if you are black I would patron somewhere else. They definitely do not think we are worthy of service here as I was just refused service around 4:40PM today. From the time I walked in the service was rude and I felt my presence was unwanted. There is a huge sign on the window that says they do acrylic services yet upon arrival I was told they did not want to service my feet since they had acrylic and they didn’t do SNS soak offs.
