I understand that the management had a hard time contacting me (I supposedly had an error on my unit number they wanted to fix). But I've been paying for the same box since I initiated service back in 2018), and the company has been accepting and applying my payments since then). But for them to accept my latest 6 month payment on 1-29-21 and then initiate an auction before the next payment was due (7-29-21) seems to be over the top. It's odd that they don't try to reach me until spring of 2021 about a box number and then follow up with an auction even though I'm current with payments and they have been applying my payments for 2 1/2 years. Also funny how they couldn't reach me to notify me of a planned auction yet managed to reach me to notify me after the fact. I would highly recommend not using these guys. I've rented my own properties for years, and never in a million years would I evict someone for such a minor inconvenience. I can only speculate that they wanted to offer my spot at a higher price and needed an excuse to clear...

This has been the only establishment where I feel comfortable in housing my belongings for the past four years! The rates are cheap, management lives on site which provides excellent security, and you NEVER see trash on the lot!!! They don't even let you smoke on the property which keeps the air-as clean as it can be for the area- but also free of those nasty butts. They've also been in the process of installing an elevator which will increase their value, but also no more stairs, so I would gladly pay a little extra when that's concluded. Their late payment process is also fair and affordable. My delinquency has never accrued more than $20 for terminally...

I have been with Paul and Brian's storage facility since 2012, and I have never been unsatisfied. It is a simple set up, you need a building to store your stuff? Here it is, Simply a building with a few sizes of rooms. Each room has a light, and a door. You are not stuck paying for extras, heating, cooling, etc. I have NEVER had any rodents, or bugs, or theft or anything bad. When I call, they always have an answer for me, or resolve my problem quickly. When I am at the site, one of them always comes to check on me and see if I need anything. Their prices are wonderful! Highly recommend them, if they ever...
