I had one problem, I was in a hurry and emmanuel did awesome helping me and getting everything done right while he got me out as fast as he could. My problem was the phone wasnt charged (rarely happens, wasn't his fault and not an issue for me) so when I got back with my phone and it charged a while, I tried to update my phone how I liked it and it was all in spanish (I speak very little from classes I had in school) so I almost had a break down since I was lucky enough to have my boyfriend fix it for me.
