Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Cornelius

Why oh why does it still take so long to get a coffee here? Everybody is super nice that works here, but to be brutally honest they just talk too much to themselves, and to the customers. This is definitely my favorite coffee, but every time I come, no matter if there's five cars in front of me or two cars in front of me it always takes at least 4 minutes to 5 minutes to get my coffee. It's especially annoying because I come in the morning before work, and I don't think they realize most of their people that are coming are most likely in a bit of a hurry. I actually like Dutch Bros a lot but this specific one I've always had issues with. Even if there's one car in front of me with one person ordering one drink, I've had to wait some ridiculous amounts of time. I usually avoid it unless I see no one in line otherwise I'd be in for a long wait time. Other than the time issues here, the people making the drinks are super friendly and they usually get the order pretty spot on. Little tip for those of you getting the Dutch Sodas, order a medium with light ice/no ice and you'll end up getting the whole can of it put in there. Otherwise you'll pay extra (more than it would cost for a med) for them 'topping it off' on the small and they don't open another for the large so you'll get the...

I waited 20 mintues in line for a black tea. There was only one car infront of me at 8:30 pm and two workers took forever to make their order and took most of the time talking to them. On busy days I usually get my drinks in 10 minutes. And once I got my drink I asked for a strawberry watermelon black tea and they gave me a blackberry pomegranate black tea which tasted mostly like black tea. She didn't even ask me to reassure that's what I wanted. And I also asked for a orange cranberry muffin top and she gave me my drink and card back with it and I told her and she didn't charge me for it so she had to charge me it and I got the muffin top all smooshed.
