Every time I've been in the store the guys and girl at the counter have done their best to get the parts I've needed whether it was my bad boy mower or my side x side. The mechanics in the back are awesome I had trouble with my side x side in the middle of nowhere and walked 6 miles out once I got service on my phone I called asked what it could be. Horrible staff, no customer service. They do have a variety of stuff and most likely what you need but I would love to do a customer service training with their employees...greeting people when they walk in; asking if they need assistance, and checking them out instead of standing there talking to one another. I have never been to Harold Implement. My Dad bought a ranger from them 5 years ago. He recently passed away. My mother went to them to try to get some paperwork to get the title in order. They bent over backward to help my mother 5 years after the sale. They did not have to do this but they helped her anyway. My hats are off to these guys.
