Went with Grandson to look for a truck. He found one he wanted, the driver side window was cracked. David Taylor said they would replace the window and call when they got it replaced. The truck had tinted windows. When we went back to make the purchase, David told him that they had not tinted the window that they had replaced and not only that, but had removed the tint from the passenger side window also and if grandson wanted them tinted he would have to take it to someone himself to have tint replaced. They didn’t give him any discount or tell him to have the tint replaced and they would cover the cost and since they had taken it upon themselves to remove the other tint. Grandson now has to pay to have tint put on not, just the one window, but two. No very professional and after hearing what a good place Red Taylor Ford is to do business with. I traveled all the way from New York to buy a gorgeous pre owned f150 the truck was every bit as perfect in person as it was in the pictures and as described. The truck drove perfectly 1,200 miles home and I’ve enjoyed every bit of driving it since. Service is terrible. They dont stand behind their work or take the time and attention to fix minor repairs correctly the first time. They are rude and have an arrogant demeanor. They refuse to parti ipate in the Fordpass program. Thoughtless and uncaring shop manager/owner. I will never trade...
