If I could rate this florist a 0 I would!!! Horrible costumer service! My husband placed an order for roses to be delivered for Valentines Day with special instructions. They were to be delivered to my son’s teacher at his school so that when I arrived to his class party tomorrow I would be surprised by my son holding these flowers from his daddy who is currently deployed in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the surprise was ruined thanks to Christy and her staff. She failed to forward the instructions to the driver who then delivered the flowers to the school office. The office clerk then called me to let me know that I had received a delivery from my husband and my flowers would be in the office for me for pick up. WHAT!? That was thought. My husband tried calling from Afghanistan to speak to them about the entire situation, because he couldn’t understand what went wrong. I then called and spoke to the Manager, Norma or Christy was her name. From the moment she said hello I could tell she was not happy. To my surprise her apologies were not sincere; she was defensive during the entire phone call. I asked for a full refund and of course she told me there was nothing she could do. She continued to blame the driver and still not taking full responsibility for their error. She even said “I told your husband I could send you some chocolates”…Really? Don’t get me wrong, I understand mistakes happen, but when the customer is paying a pretty penny (cause we all know how expensive roses are on this day), not to mention a million miles apart from your spouse, you expect stellar service and yes even if it’s the busiest day of the day for them. I hope the flowers are beautiful at least, but sadly that won’t even matter no more…Thanks Corona Florist and Happy...

Had a last minute funeral floral request and Corona Florist was able to not only accommodate but also delivered an amazing/beautiful arrangement. Communication was excellent and went over all my options before making my decision. They were able to deliver to the place without any issues and help to setup. The flowers used were very fresh and aromatic and the whole arrangement was bigger than I thought. It really stood out from all the other arrangements. This place really delivered exactly what I ordered. They also took a photo of what I ordered so that I can see what’s being delivered which most places don’t do. I really appreciate the great customer service and wonderful quality this florist store provided. The recipient who received the arrangement absolutely loved and admired her delivery.
