I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions, and regrettably, my order has never been correct. Although it is conveniently located, I should seriously consider avoiding it altogether. The staff members demonstrate a lack of concern for ensuring accurate orders. Additionally, they require customers to wait outside for their orders, which often results in a lengthy wait time. While I understand that customer service at fast food establishments is generally not exceptional, this particular place ranks among the worst. During my return visit to reorder the items that were missing from my initial order, I explained the situation to one of the employees. Instead of offering an apology and asking how they could rectify the situation, the response I received was, "So, you want to pay for the rest, and we'll make it?" Read moreI visited the drive-thru at this Jack in the Box on 09/01/2024, between 8:50 P.M. and 9:00 P.M., and was met with an incredibly unprofessional experience. The employee working had one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in customer service. When I ordered a combo and requested a "regular" drink size, she repeatedly confirmed "medium" despite my polite corrections. This exchange happened three times, each time with increasing attitude from her. While I understand that everyone can have a rough day, the level of rudeness was unacceptable. Read moreBeen coming here for MANY years. It's unfortunate what I had to witness from the manager Alfred. Basically, I was washing my hands in the Men's bathroom. Shortly after this manager, Alfred, leaves the toilet section and walks out and goes directly into the kitchen and continues to operate. I went to the cashier and asked for a full-refund. I called out Alfred and his response for his defense was, "I am not handling your food" as if this answer justifies the reason not to be clean and sanitary. I then asked to speak to a higher-manager, and his states he is that manager. Completely disgusted by his actions and lack of managerial skills.
