Very disappointed with the delivery of my furniture this time. I had used them before 6 months ago and everything was good with the delivery they took everything out of the boxes and built it right on site, but this time they brought the floor which had a stain on the bed and the nightstand had the conner dented. Bringing in the bed already built from the showroom did not let it fit where it needed to go, so they ended up marking my walls up on the conners trying to make it fit before they ended up taking it apart to get it in the room. There were 2 guys delivering it one of them was the salesperson who sold it to us and as they were bring it in i said the bed has a stain on it he said let us get it in and we will deal with it, well they got it in and he left back to the truck and we did not see him again and the other guy who wanted me to accept it saying he was just the delivery person and I would need to contact the store i said the guy who sold us it is the other guy yes but he is in deliveries now and we need to go and then try to say we got a discount for clearance item and we said nothing was damaged and that is not why we got a discount and that was it he left and I have heard nothing since it is a shame that i spent 10K with them but will not...

If I could give 0 stars trust me, I would! We originally had a great experience with this place when I purchased my vanity months ago. Unfortunately, we purchased a sofa and entertainment center almost 6 weeks ago and have not received our furniture! I wouldn't be so upset if they at least communicated with us on the delay however we are getting nothing but crickets from them! Everytime we call we get spoken to very rudely as if we are bothering them when we are just simply trying to find out when we can get what we paid for! Makes sense though since they work with Ashley Furniture and they are the worst also! Don't believe the fake front they put on, they are just trying to get sales! SPEND YPUR HARD EARNED MONEY...

My husband are relocating and our furniture was way old enough to be retired. We both SWORE we would shop around starting at R2G. I asked him I wanted to try this other place first, we did and we are more than happy we did. The employees were kind but not in an 'ugh I have to be kind, this was different'. We went in for a bed and left with a better quality bed we had planned on, a swivel lazy recliner, a couch with a chaise, and several wall arts. Get this... we BARELY went over budget but it was only because I wanted THAT couch. We left smiling and zero buyer remorse! Thank you to amazing employees.
