Stopped here for lunch for the first time under this new name. Will I come back - never! Sat at a booth next to a wall and before we could even place our food order, I saw a roach crawling from behind the catsup bottle up the wall. I freaked out and my husband killed it with a doubled up napkin. I was ready to leave but the other two wanted to stay since we were already there😤 but said they’d not come back - errr. I was anxious the rest of the time. You shouldn’t be worried that you’ll see roaches at a restaurant. Doesn’t help that we just saw the new Minion movie two days ago and it’s all about roaches- come on!!!! **Ok, so you responded to my review and pretty much called me a liar. I’ve done Google reviews for years and have never ever lied about my experience. I’ve given many great reviews as well as many negative reviews. I’m attaching a copy of our receipt for today’s lunch. We WERE seated (the three of us, by the way) at the booth at the back of your restaurant, to the left of what I think was the kitchen entrance. The wall has a kind of bamboo looking wainscoting and that is the wall the roach crawled up. I thought about calling the manager over to complain but my sister- in-law was with us and I didn’t want to make a scene. Because what could they do, comp my meal or give me an unwanted coupon for another visit - no thanks - I prefer to...

Been here quite a bit and today was Mother’s Day so I asked mom what she wanted she said let’s get something simple. It wasn’t packed we called around so we said okay let’s go. Service started out good. Then it went down hill from there like warm mozzarella sticks with sauce from the fridge cold as hell. We started to get our food. Three out of eight people were served then 10mins go by then the 3 more come out. We’re waiting for two more plates and 8 minutes go by and then we get our food by this point it’s not enjoyable our waitress crystal or Krystal gave us no info on wait times or anything just I’ll be back. Barely any refills bare minimum service. Then the manager came by and asked if we’re all good anything needed we explain by this point food was unenjoyable hot to near cold food just waiting for everyone to get their food. By the way it wasn’t packed some of the worst service ever plus don’t forget they’re charging gratuity for 8 people then the nerve to ask for a tip. Mega eyeroll. Under the tip line:”exactly what your pen says” -“uhh no”. Best thing about the visit to BWB was the laughs we had before our food and when the manager came to address our problem....

Parking is great. Plenty of it.

The restaurant has a sports bar kind of atmosphere. It smelled like sour mop water. The floor was sticky, and there were so many uncleaned tables. The waitress were all gathered together talking like they had nothing to do. It took forever for us to get refills or for our waitress to check on us. You had other staff yelling at each other about a bet and being owed shots. It was pretty tacky!

The food was mediocre. The macaroni was recommended by our waitress after she said we have the good cook here today. Well, it was OK. It reminded me of the macaroni from a high school cafeteria. My hubby got the fried beef, but the bread didn't even stay on, and they were over salted. I got the lemon pepper wings, and they were really good. They had a great flavor. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside; just like I like them. Props to the cook...
