I would never recommend doing a print job here.
I placed an online order and they called me to confirm the paper type. I got home from picking up the order to discover that 2 of the 3 calendars were printed on the wrong paper. I called the store, gave the order number, and asked if I could pick it up the next day since I live 30 minutes away. The employee said I should come that day because the manager was there to take care of it. I put my baby in the car, drove all the way there, waited in line, and spoke with the unhelpful print manager. She wrote the order number on a post-it and said she would have them redo it and I could pick it up the next day. I explained that I just drove all that way because I was told it was best to handle it today while she was there, but she said their line was too long. I had just waited in said line to be "helped." I gave the order number over the phone, so this extra trip was an entire waste of my time. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes to print my order. I even offered to stay in the area and come back in 30 minutes. Instead, she offered me a refund since I didn't want to come back the next day. In the end, I needed the calendars for Christmas gifts so I reluctantly agreed to come back.
On top of all of this inconvenience, I guess I was mistakenly given a plastic cover. She informed me she would be taking them off because they aren't supposed to be included in what I ordered. I liked them and had already taken them home, so I asked if I could keep them. She said she would be charging me $1.50 per project to keep them. So not only did I have to do an extra 2 hours of driving to finally get my calendars done correctly, but I ended up paying more. She even charged me for the cover on the correctly done calendar that I only brought in to show what paper the other 2 should have...
Read moreI am very disappointed with the quality and especially the service from this store. I placed an online order for business cards yesterday. Their business card template system was also glitchy. So, I picked up my cards today. I had to wait 15 minuets at the printing desk before someone showed up.
I opened the box and noticed instantly that the cards were messed up in two places. My job title crossed far into the logo at the top of the card. My address crossed far into the logo at the bottom of the card and you can't even read this.
✔️ My first words to the young man from the printing department were; did you look at this?
I showed him the card and told him, I can't use these. These are useless to me.
All he had to say was.... There are no refunds on online orders.
Questions. Don't they look at what they are going to print a 100 copies of? How about putting the order on hold and calling me about the problem before printing and cutting all those cards? My cell # is right on the card.
One thing is for sure. I won't be giving the South Staples store any...
Read moreI tried to wait before reviewing this place. However, my package is still missing. Several customers have dropped off packages for FedEx delivery, and cannot locate their items. I know, because I have seen and heard other customers complaining about their packages not making it to their destinations. All they could tell me is that the package was not there. I left it there though. Where is it then?? The people who work at this location are stealing packages. All of the stars and positive reviews must be from employees and friends. I DEFINITELY had a very negative experience with them. Why are they playing with people's money, stealing our packages 😡 I will never conduct any type of business with Office Depot again.
