I visited on 3/20/25. I loved the store and would love to go back to explore it more, but unfortunately, I don't know if I will.
We went to find fabric for dresses for my girls. The co-manager, Mark, was there to cut what we needed. When we asked for 4 yards, he measured out a yard, and almost started to cut one yard at a time! He was very awkward and inefficient at measuring 4 full yards, and we were lucky that he didn't short us.
Then I needed to change my 7-month-old's diaper. Upon entering the women's bathroom, I find that there is no changing table in the restroom! So I had to spread out his burp cloths and change him on the floor. When I found Mark again to mention this, he just matter-of-factly said, "well, didn't you look in the family restroom???” No, because I don't look for family restrooms in a hobby store. So apparently, the only changing table is in a family restroom at this Hobby Lobby location.
Mark's lack of knowledge while co-manging a crafting store, in how to properly do a task such as measuring and cutting fabric correctly, and his very pointed attitude about the changing table left me with a very poor outlook for this location. I am very...
