Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Corsicana

UPDATE: Been going here for a couple of yrs. I was So Disappointed on this visit.. You can see in the picture No sauce, cheese or toppings just over an inch from the crust. And The Grease! I couldn't eat any of it. Neither could either of my boys. I got a salad to because they always have fresh lettuce but the ranch dressing was bad so didn't eat that either. I paid for three buffets and no one ate?? My sons did have a bowl of soup. Spike with the manager and I was informed that corporate was 'testing' a different cheese. Employees don't like it, customers don't like it but they are still forced to use it. I know it's corporate trying to save money by using cheaper ingredients. I'll have to call before I return to eat again to see if they are still using it. It's just way to greasy and ruins the pizzas. No I did not get my money back just an apologyfor the nasty greasy pizza. (First review next) I'm new to the area so we stopped in to try it. We'll my son and I are here again, right now. I love the food but i feel that Cici's is more for groups and as many time as i have gone this month alone didn't show this. I have gone three times this month so the place isn't bad but 2/3 times i went with my school and there was barely any food. We paid for a buffet and what we got was 3 pieces of pizza each and we couldn't wait for them to make more. There is never a variety, 1st time: three pepperoni nothing else, 2nd time: a spinach and pepperoni maybe Alfredo, 3rd time all alfredo and ham and when we got there, there was only 2 pizzas and we had around 35 people plus two other schools that weren't there with us. We got there before the other school and we had to wait, i don't know how long they had to wait. Yes we had a lot of people and it is a small business but we sat in the parking lot for 30-45 mins before we went in so i think that was long enough to make 2-3 pizzas. Those were my experiences i believe it will be better if you go with 15 or less people but if you have more maybe you can call so they know a bunch of people are coming. The only reason anyone goes to cici's is because of the customer service and value, (in that order). The pizza tastes exactly like it should for this kind of establishment so the their main bread and butter is customer service. At the cici's in Corsicana they are some of the rudest people around. This could just be because they live in Corsicana. My wife and have been here a couple of times and knowing that they are always out of the kids cups or lids we took our boys little cup he uses for each everything. The lady at the counter told us we wouldn't be allowed to use it and asked us to take it back outside, this was fine since they had both cups and lids ready. When I walked back in and asked for them so that my two year old son could have tap water she wanted to charge me $1.19. I wont be...
