Terrible customer service - this is the second time I try to return an item. First time: My daughter who was 19 months decided she didn't like the doll I had just walked out the door with, I turned around and asked if they could give me a refund or store credit. They refused due to the doll not being in its original package. Second time: one of their bubble maker fan machines didn't work out of the package (yes, it had been opened) went to return or request store credit, but they refused the return. My husband and I happened upon this great toy store, which had such a wonderful selection of items for every age. We purchased about 7 different items, the sales girl was fabulous, her name was Ari and she was working solo. They did not except returns for the slime but that obviously makes sense. Overall this place had all the toys I love to buy for my nephew and they have many options for wrapping and it is quick. The one thing I do not like about this place is the prices 😬 I was about to buy a stuffed animal for my nephew when I realized it was 100$.
