Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Corvallis

Why is this the ONLY ross who doesn't have sps greeting customers? I usually come in the morning, and while Noone has ever been friendly, I've never had the experience that I had last night. I'm disgusted. We werent greeted at the door, when we were checking out I noticed he only greeted/said have a good day to the cute females. He ignored the men and anyone else. I spent almost 300 dollars last night at 530 pm, not only did the cashier ignore us for minutes, making us wait and also causing a line to grow, he finally said "I'm ready when you are" so I let him know we were waiting for him to be ready and greet us. He gave a condescending chuckle and was silent the entire transaction. I know for a fact this is not the customer service ross usually allows so idk if management at this store needs to be retrained or what, but this is unacceptable. He was beyond rude, i couldn't believe it. Didn't bother telling us to have a good day either of course. I also noticed the girl cashier who opened directly next to him was also talking very rude and abbrassively and not listening to a customer who was trying to return, she kept asking if he wants a bag but im standing a reg over and could clearly hear he had a return. I can't believe this store is allowed to run like this! If you hate this job stop doing it but being rude to a family with a 1 yr old child is disgusting and shows yall hire people rude people who have no bussines in customer service. Came in late after work to find a couple frames for some art a friend had gifted me with. The women who worked there were wonderful and friendly and kind… but there is this young guy, corpulent, with shaggy hair that was so rude, he basically threw the bag at me and argued when I asked if I could have one. He seemed annoyed that I was purchasing something. Breathing heavily, audibly sighing, rushing me to get out and just annoyed that he had to do his job. They were open, I was there doing business hours and he was upset that I was there at all, I suppose. The other people there were awesome. If I had to give stars based on the jerk in the front who gave me an attitude just for being there, it would be zero stars. Everyone else was great. This young guy in the front needs to find a job that doesn’t involve other people. Very unpleasant, rude and unreasonably confrontational. Not coming back, but the other employees were stellar and this is not a reflection on them. The kid in the front (maybe late teens, early 20s is my guess) was horrible....

My sister used to be a manager and Eugene of the store. They are absolutely awesome I love shopping here, after my breast surgery I got my first bra here. Unfortunately nobody had anything I could use to measure myself with. After asking repeatedly finally I got the answer I needed. But With a Little Help From My friend we kind of just did a little quick fit thing. I was actually really close. The staff doesn't really interact with customers that much. It's hard to bring anything to anybody's attention or ask for a little help. But since my sister was a manager for the one in Eugene and they were an excellent location I pray to God that this location will start pulling their weight.
