I ordered a tow hitch for my Toyota rav 4, and an appointment to have it installed and the wiring as well. My mom recommended them. I get there and he was the rudest person I had to deal with. Ever. He first charged me over $100 more then he quoted me. He knew I was bringing in a toyota which uses toyota products. Which he didn't use. I left when he was done. Go to use the trailer for work the next day and it kept shorting out the lights and blowing s fuse. 4 times. My mechanic checked everything for me and low and behold, it was the wiring causing it. Had my mom call as she recommended him and that less then person informs her he did everything right and I would be eating my time taking it back in. Now, not only did I give him way to much money, he won't even make it right. It is now costing me additional repairs for his mistake. And I have been without being able to use my trailer with my vehicle due to his very expensive and extremely rude mistake. I will never go there again and never recommend anyone to go...

BAD BAD ALL BAD* Had my RV that I live in for 31 days told me they would get to it asap. I said to them ( "if you can't get to it rite away I can take it elsewhere. This is my home.") He replied no no no I can do it I just don't know when. After 31 days of living in a hotel I went and took my RV from them and had a mobile RV repair guy do the work. He had it completed in less than 10 hours and I was back on the road. Bobs RV then tried to bill my ins company for the repairs they did not do. When confronted bobs RV said they had a partially made fender witch my RV did not need and could not produce said fender when I went to pick it up and pay them for their work. I called Bob’s RV Repair with an urgent problem. I had driven away from my campground with my camper step down, and it became twisted and bent, and it would not retract. He told me to come right in and he would see what could be done. He quickly bent my step back into place and sent me on my way without even allowing me to pay. Certainly, this type of kindness and care is uncommon these days. I would highly encourage anyone to do business with this wonderful shop. Bob’s RV Repair shop was a true blessing to me...
