I just had my haircut after a long time. With my hair changing and thinning I have been hesitant on where to go. Dear Charlie has such a welcoming atmosphere, with a nice gentlemen at the front who greets you with a big smile. The wait was just as comfortable as the service. Jimmy was my stylist and he listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and he took my concerns about my thinning hair into his artwork. During the process he was such a gem to talk to and get to know. Jimmy also educated me about my hair and shape of my head so I can continue to get the same quality of styling on my own at home. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced a salon and stylist at this level of exception. I personally have found my new spot to go for my hair needs. I refuse to go...

Alec is absolutely the best and is extremely knowledgeable on all things style and hair (he’s been doing this for years) which is perfect for the guys. They can just sit in that chair and enjoy the experience. My brother sat there and said, do whatever you think is good for my head shape and he was absolutely thrilled on how he legit understood the assignment. Where do I begin...

Alec has been cutting my hair for a few months now and he never disappoints! Ever since I started to grow my hair longer he's talked me through how he's cutting my hair and has given tips/showed me how to style my hair the way he does.

I had the pleasure of having Carlos color my hair. I showed him exactly what I wanted and he came through. Not only did he do a fantastic job with my color, but he has a great gentleness while doing it - we all know stripping dark Asian hair ain't easy - and takes long, but he made the process feel like it wasn't too long.

Overall, both Carlos and Alec have a great energy, nice conversations - they are genuinely good humans. I'm looking forward to seeing their space evolve and grow...
