I have never been to a place before that has such negative energy. The staff are extremely uninviting & extremely rude. I looked around to see if others were having the same experience & every person in the place looked like they had every ounce of happiness drained from their faces. Really depressing atmosphere. My nails were done so terribly that I had to have them fixed. The girl that fixed them was good & i might try a third time just to see if the experience is better. I love coming here to treat myself. However this time I came I wasn’t offered anything to drink or any extras. Usually I am greeted with champagne, coffee or tea. Today the person was short and barely let me look at the packages available. I choose quickly and hardly an words were exchanged. The most upsetting part is that everyone around me got champagne right away or asked their drink preference. Service was mid today….
