Stone Villa RV Park — Hotel in Costa Mesa

Friendly staff. Woman owned park! It’s a small community and everyone is very friendly. Of all parks I’ve stayed at, I super loved the feeling of community here. The wash room is fast and convenient. Location is amazing. Great ocean breeze. A little ‘old school’ with the keys and garage doors openers, and hand written correspondence, but I actually appreciated all of these touches after a few days there. You really feel like family or a community here. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. ❤️Manager is named Nancy or Linda, I believe. I came to stay for 2 months but I’ve now been here over 2 years. It’s an excellent place with great neighbors. It’s gated at night so it’s very safe.
