It was the most horrible experience ever I died my daughters hair from the tips but omg when I touched her hair it was coming off they obviously left the bleach to long during that time the lady was cutting THREE mans hair and it took 3 hours that she left the bleach in and it left my daughters hair to a horribly condition that she had split ends and after that I'm never going back there again horrible place to dye your hair I DO NOT recommend dying your and it was 85 dollars to dye her hair but I got my money back that's was not worth my time 😡😡 again DO NOT recommend that...

Horrible customer service !! Way over priced !! Went in got my hair dyed.Told the girl what i wanted and showed her a pic too .. Came out with something else something i didn't want !! She cut my hair way to short. My hair got ruined super bleached and dead !! Paid so much money..over all horrible experience.. very rude staff too never again i regret getting my hair...
