Sound Design — Local services in Cottonwood Shores

I called these guys, left a detailed message about hanging a TV. No call back. Called back a week later, spoke with/Will. He said he would leave a note for assistant to call me back, again no return call. I called again and spoke with the assistant, she said she would get w/Will and get me an estimate and call back after reviewing the schedule. I got an estimate from them a few minutes later for nearly $450 to put up a TV that is replacing an existing TV with all the brackets installed from the previous TV. The job should take less than a half hour to do. I suspect they cherry pick jobs and send outrageous estimates for work they don't won't to do. Beware. I called another installer and was told...

I moved to Horseshoe Bay from Austin and purposely selected a local home theater company because I wanted a competent company and I wanted to support local businesses. I met with Will (owner) a couple of times and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything in great detail. They installed and calibrated high end speakers with my 4K TV system, Sonos Audio and smart remote project for me. The install crew was courteous and on-time, and would not leave the house until everything was tested and perfectly explained. I called because I was having issues with my sound and video system in my house. It is a pretty complicated. I called because the whole system was down. The first person I spoke with Shana was so helpful and friendly. The owner Will ended up coming out that day and got me up and running. Also using them going forward for some rewiring. I'M SO IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
