Hiccups Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Cottonwood Shores

Stopped in for happy hour after work and stayed a few hours. I had hot wings and a few beers. The food was good and the beer was cold. Overall the place was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The folks inside were friendly enough. My only complaint was that it was hard to get another drink. In fact, the only time I saw the bartender behind the bar was to ring up tabs . . . Was the bar back that served me the two beers and whiskey that I had. The bartender kept complaining (to what seemed like regulars) about how she was hungover from the night before . . . So, that could have been part of it. I would have stayed longer and spent more money, but decided that I could serve myself faster at home. I get annoyed easily by having to wait too long for another drink, especially when the place isn't that busy! This was my first time here so I don't want to be too critical, but the lack of attention to service on the part of the bartender is why I gave it 3 stars. Poor customer service by a bartender name JOSH is so rude. He doesn't know how to treat people. As a Latino, I felt treated like trash, humiliated, and racist by The bartender (Josh). Void his customer service or don’t go if his around.

Found hiccups after brass hall pool tables were covered at 8:30on a Friday night for karaoke..good location.plenty of parking..entered thru the bar then the karaoke bar then to pool tables..tables are in good shape..brought our own quarters..little Ole bar maid with ass showing at bottom of shorts didn't wait on us 1 time..had to go to bar and order drinks and menu..then go back to bar to order food..my burger was good but meat was much smaller than bun..make your meat as big as the bun or buy smaller buns but better to increase meat for same price..played some games..$39 tab for 2 orders and 2 drinks..1 with alcohol..gave the bartender who brought our food to us.$40..keep the change..I would go...
