The Vineyards at Cottonwood — Local services in Cottonwood

We live in Scottsdale and were looking for a 2nd home. Sedona is too expensive so we looked in Cottonwood. This location in Cottonwood is 20 minutes to Sedona. It is quieter with less tourists and more residents. The quality of the build at Vineyards seems very good. The number of things that come standard with the home is unbelievable compared to other builders. The number of standard windows that the Scion model comes with makes the home open and bright. We spent $14K on upgrades to get everything we wanted in the house. We ordered in May 2021 and expect completion of the home in April or May of 2022 so you have to be patient.
