We recently rented a dunk tank (pictured) from Charm City Rentals for an employee community event at our hotel, and I can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was. Our event location had a major obstacle of 30 stairs, and out of several companies we reached out to, Charm City Rentals was the only one willing to accommodate us.

Mark and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The delivery team arrived on time and with a positive attitude, ready to tackle the stairs without hesitation and ensured everything was perfect for our event. The dunk tank was a huge hit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
