I love this shop. I have been here several times and it has been an amazing experience. The owner, Jaimar, is so friendly and warm and I always look forward to seeing her there. I guess they have had a recent staff turn over, but I did not enjoy my visit today. It was totally fine at first, I was just browsing because I felt called to come in. I even mentioned we might get a larger piece from the case. We made our way to the back (my fav part) and the lady helping us would not leave us alone. Like hovering. Kept asking what I wanted, kept saying I don't shop for intention, I shop if something feels right. And then proceeded to say, if you're not going to get anything, I should get back to work. My gf calmly tells her that we can let her know if we have any questions or need any help. She stays there, and keeps making subtle comments. We end up leaving because I feel like we're a bother and she doesn't want us there. This was really upsetting especially since I was so excited to come and see what called to me. Not to be that person, but she lost a sale today. I don't know any business owner who would be okay with that, from a patron who purchased every past visit, and LOVES the store. Genuinely sad about this customer service here. Again, I am so happy with every past experience with staff and the owner. She is so kind and eager to help. But this employee was disrespectful and unhelpful. I won't shop there if she's...
