Beautiful setting and decor but I feel like they put more attention into that part of the business than the actual wine offerings. The by the glass offerings were subpar in my opinion. I tried the CA sauvblanc and it was flat and tasteless. My friend had similar thoughts about the pinot grigio. Definitely not worth the $10-12 a glass in my opinion. I want awesome unique wines when I come to a wine bar!!! I ended up with a bottle of red zinfandel that I was happy with (I've had it before), but you will get a $5 corkage charge for buying a bottle. My bottle was 3/4 opened for me then handed to me to pour on my own. No tasting to see if I liked it, no pouring of the first glass. Maybe these are the initial growing/opening pains. This was my first time in Cramerton. I had just left brunch in downtown Belmont and searched for nearby wine tastings and they popped up. It was only an 8min drive from where I was so my girlfriend and I headed over. The whole place is beyond adorable. It was only one staff member at the time and she was very friendly and helpful. Nothing but good vibes at this cozy little gem. I stumbled across this place searching for a wine tasting yesterday and boy was I in for a treat. I called before I booked the wine tasting online to make sure they had space. I was greeted by the owner via phone and he gave me options in paying for the tasting. Nice, vibes before I arrived. Everything was set up very nice and the host definitely took you on a journey behind each wine tasting.
