This was a very welcome break on a Sunday afternoon. I had picked the ice cream place across the way but Mrs. K. saw this and was intrigued. So here we are after a warm welcome.
A look over the beverages menu and I chose a local from Wooden Robot and Mrs. K. decided on one of their mocktails (spicy ginger beer with lime juice). A lovely bartender prepared our drinks and while enjoying them, we watched the comings and goings.
Confluence is a big space and because they don't have a kitchen, they are dog friendly. Nice to see some well-behaved dogs also enjoying the space which includes dart boards, comfy sofas and lots of seating all the way back.

No one mentioned that it was a listening room and while ordering drinks and saying hello to family I have not seen In years, the gentleman running the mic acted like a 3 year old in an attmeps to shame everyone talking instead of politely letting us know it was a listening room on Sundays. Read moreWonderful venue for showcasing local musicians and artists!!! I went to Sunday Supper yesterday and had a fabulous time. The host, John Tice was so supportive of the musicians and he also played twice and it was mind blowing! So good! I love that you can bring food to share and the bartenders were friendly and knowledgable about the different craft beers.
