Monday July 16, I went in the store to buy a battery cable end, walked in the store looked around to check for the item myself could not find it I went to the counter two men behind the counter one man in front of the counter ordering a part. So I stood there for at least 10 minutes neither one of these men made no eye contact with me it was as though I was fly on the wall. These folks were absolutely amazing. We broke down 9 hours from home. Alternator went. They loaned us their tools. Brought out a bottle of water while I worked on the replacement. Offered my family to wait in their office on a couch instead of sitting in a hot truck during the repair. Put both batteries on courtesy chargers.
