Subway — Restaurant in Crane

I’m rating this subway a one star because of the fact that I was told something 2 days ago by a lady working there that the Italian bmt had more meat on it than what the new guy put on it, which like I said he is still new so I wasn’t bothered by it or anything like that I didn’t even know how much meat came on the sandwich, but I go in there today and ordered the same thing which the lady was not working and notice that the new guy did the same thing he did the last time. I proceeded to tell them what I was told and the guy and girl working with the new guy started getting mad at me when all I said was I was told this and if it’s not true then that’s fine but I’m just saying I was told something the last time and the guy goes I’ve worked here for 2 years and it’s never been like that and I’ve work the past two days and we haven’t done that but yet 2 days ago I went in and ordered food he was not working there it was just that older lady(which I like going to that subway because she always makes you feel welcome and she’s so nice and sweet, I wish I knew her name because she’s awesome), the two working today though treated me with disrespect when I simply just said I was told something. Sorry but this last experience ruined us on Subway. We live locally and the last 2 times I was here the experience was wonderful, but at 12pm on April 28th 2020 it was awful! We ordered using the app and when I walked in I was given attitude by the lady working. The young man working, however was very kind. The woman working gave me attitude saying she tried twice to call my husband to tell him they were no longer serving roast beef and rotisserie chicken. Okay no big deal, but the app had the wrong phone number down so my husband never received the call. The app had several items subway doesn't offer anymore or at all and it has a phone number we've never had listed as ours, but yet I was treated like it was all my fault. The lady had an awful attitude. On top of that the subs were thrown together and are a mess! Last week I had 2 great experiences with 2 young ladies who were very professional. I had ordered sliders that were listed on the app, but this location didn't offer the sliders. Tge young ladytold me in a professional manner that this location doesn't offer the sliders. Terrible experience!! I've been to this location twice in 2 years and both times were terrible. The workers are mostly teenage girls who are untrained in food service and how to operate a cash register. Very unsanitary practices, I.e. eating while prepping food, touching food with bare hands, handling cash, THEN food without washing just to name a few. The girl who rang us up over charged us by $20 and couldn't figure out how to correct it or open the cash drawer. When I asked her to call her manager, she was unreachable for about 25 minutes. After that we gave up and decided to return the next day for a refund which we were NEVER able to get! On the second occasion there was one girl running the store ALONE definitely under age and didn't know how to make sandwhiches or salads. She was crying and unable to reach a manager for help. They had no pizza, no soup, were almost out of chicken, out of kids meal toys and bags and out of 3 kinds of soda on the fountain! Just ridiculous and extremely poorly managed. The only reason this place seems to be in business is because it's the only restaurant open after 6pm in Crane. Do not waste your time!! Take the extra time to drive...
