Horrible service, came in at 1045am to quickly stop in and purchase a game, Rob was slowly taking his time attending two people ahead, no courtesy to people in line, 30min later still waited to buy my one game, every other GameStop I’ve been in and out within 10mins even when buying a new system. At the end after waiting all that time I was told that it was sold out even though I took it off the shelf where it said “New Games” and what Rob say to me when he found out it was sold out? That I shouldn’t be afraid to ask while waiting in line about a game but that defeats the purpose of waiting and giving courtesy to the guests in front of me being attended at. Hoping to get a response or call from them within a week or else I’ll have to call corporate to deal with this situation that...

I had a bad experience in there with the bald guy upfront. I just asked him a simple question what would he do in my situation. Get a new ps5 cause mine was over heating or try fans. He said he doesn’t know and they didn’t have any ps5 fans in stock. I asked if he’d think if another games stop would have any and he told me I could look around and find out. Knowing he can just help me by looking it up in his system and help me find where I could find a fan for my ps5 at another GameStop. And he brushed me aside to help a customer that was trying to decide to sell his Xbox for a new one. But he looked up where he could find a new Xbox for that customer at another GameStop near by. They have a huge selection of Belgard pavers which is what drew me to this SiteOne. I spoke with Dylan quite a few times last week on the phone and he helped me tremendously with my order. He is good-natured and has a lot of patience!

I drove out to this location on Friday to pick up some of my pavers and to look at the rest of their landscaping supplies and I’m blown away by the selection.
