Randy was and continues to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The first time I came in, I brought a ball that had been drilled at another shop. I was experiencing considerable knuckle pain after using the ball. I put it on the table, and he immediately spotted the problem. The other pro shop had really screwed up, and I didn't notice being a new bowler. He had the holes plugged and redrilled for a very reasonable price. The next week at league, I had my best game and series of the season. I've since bought another great ball, again at a very fair price, and intend to make all future purchases there.

Honest, fair, affordable, and most importantly knowledgeable. Also willing to just talk about the game, provided the shop isn't busy.

I drove down to Cranston from Worcester because every pro shop in my area is closed on Saturday. I am glad I did! Randy listened to me, understood my bowling history, where I was at, and what I wanted to achieve. He explained the differences between the balls he had in stock, and helped me choose the right ball for me. He also helped me understand what to do to move into a fingertip grip. I got a great price on a great ball and left happy.

Today I tried out my new ball. It took me one round to get a feel for it. Second round I posted a score that's about 30 points higher than my average. I had more fun bowling today than I've had in a while.
