Pizza Fair — Restaurant in Cranston

I have ordered delivery from Pizza Fair well over ten times. All of sudden they tell me on the phone because I am 2.8 instead of being 2 miles or below away that after this delivery they cannot deliver anymore to me. I gave them good tips all the time at least 20 percent tip or more. Then when the delivery driver arrived he claimed it was because there were people in Warwick also ordering delivery and they were not paying attention to the delivery addresses. I asked them so they are penalizing me just because other people who are even further were ordering delivery? They claimed that is not the case which I know that is not true. My suggestion to everyone reading this review if you know you are not very far from Pizza Fair and especially if you are located in Cranston if they refuse to deliver to you stop ordering pizza from them since there are plenty other pizza places around. I suggest you order pizza instead from DoorDash, Postmates, UberEats, Slice, or even GrubHub because at least they will definitely deliver to you regardless if you are 2.8 or 3 miles or sometimes further away from the pizza place. There are also about 10 or more pizza places that can deliver to you some that come from as far as Garden City. I have personally tried pizza that came from these gig apps I have mentioned and some of the pizza places are better than Pizza Fair and some of the pizza places are the equivalent...

I have to give this place one star, I'm really disappointed of this place I always get Pizza there. But on this date July 31st 2020 I ordered a Large meat lover's Pizza for the kids in my house and when I got home and looked at it it was a small Pizza that was put into a large box. As for myself I have been in the restaurant business for over 33 years and I will tell you this was absolutely done purposely, and I believe they made a mistake and they were trying to pass it off as a large Pizza hoping that I wouldn't notice it. And I am pretty sure that's what happened they put a small Pizza in a large Pizza box and they would have to know the difference because they work there. So I do recommend for anyone that orders Pizza from this place make sure you look at it before you pay and I do recommend to go to another...

I recently ordered from Pizza Fair and was so impressed that I had to call them back to express how glad I am that I chose them. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.

The customer service on the phone was excellent—friendly, efficient, and helpful. The delivery arrived within the promised time frame, which was perfect. But most importantly, the food was outstanding. The pizza, club sandwich, and California wrap were all prepared perfectly and exceeded my expectations.
