Through The Gate — Local services in Crawfordsville

At a time when my husband and I were homeless, jobless, and dope sick, Through the Gate offered me what Jesus offers: rest.

“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:28‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Through the Gate showed me love and grace like I had never received before. I learned vocabulary I had once heard in the past but finally understood like sanctification, redemption, and reconciliation. Jesus began healing and softening my hardened heart leading me to a new life with Him and Through the Gate was a stepping stone to that new life.

Through the Gate encouraged me to be a godly woman, wife, and mother and I am forever grateful for this program! I encourage any woman who considers this program to know you can be brave and walk Through the Gate WITH Jesus!

I graduated from Through the Gate in June and it has changed my perspective on God, people, and life. The staff are different there then anywhere else I've been. This program has helped me heal so much and staff has continually redirected me back to Christ. This accountability was essential to my recovery. Im now in their intern program and I love it. I get to watch how girls are transforming everyday. After so many years on the street and in jail all I have felt is relief from the moment...

Amazing Program!! This is the program the Lord used to save my life! I entered the program in Oct 2022, and graduated June 2023. The staff are amazing, they really care about all the ladies that come into the program, and their futures!! The curriculum is all Christ centered, and one of a kind!! I came to the program broken, and left a new Creation. I now have restored relationships, a home, a vehicle that was donated, and gifted to me by Through the Gate!! So thankful to God for...
