Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

Wish we would have had a better experience. Horrible from the second we walked in. No menu posted anywhere, had to ask and was handed a flyer that is distributed in local newspapers, coupons on back. In the mean time there were 2 or 3 other folks experiencing the same as we were while others pushed their way thru to order with absolutely no system or organization. Finally our turn to order and the computer shut down, woman had no idea what to do and said "there's no one here that knows what to do or the password". We heard many others grumbling about lack of service, organization and customer service. Food from kitchen was being carried through the crowd to waiting customers at chest level with no regard for protecting it from possible contamination from coughs, sneezes, etc. Needless to add, we abruptly departed. Something needs to improve before we go back. Have heard several recommendations as to how good the pizza is, would suggest order on line or call and have it delivered. Wish I could post a better review, we were looking forward to...

I was across the street at Backstep Brewing Company when I decided to order food. My friend suggested Brothers Pizza. We ordered a medium supreme and breadsticks with cheese sauce. Our order was ready in 20 minutes and was very fresh. The toppings were really good and the dough was amazing. The sauce and dough are what make or break a pizza place and this has both going for it. The breadsticks are sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and aren't buttered or oiled to death like most places. The cheese sauce had a little kick. It had a very bland watery base, but the spices helped elevate it a little. Now one of my favorite no-frills pizza places, I highly suggest stopping in if you are looking for a delicious pizza. As an employee I watch and are a part of the procedures there. In saying this I admit that it is beyond a simple satisfaction, it is totally awesome. The food is top rate, the sanitation alone gives me comfort, the employees care and the brother's are dedicated. Now let's add the atmosphere when you done in; there are video games two t.v.s where you have complete control of. Service is outstanding. And in the back dinning area there are windows to enjoy the outside view. It is relaxing and comfortable. Delivery's are important to Brother's pizza for it truly is all about the customers.
