WOW! Talk about an AMAZING experience with this place! I had ordered (mind you, very early in the morning the day of) flowers for my fiancé on Valentine’s Day. In my own mistake, I had forgotten to put a delivery time even with a small window frame of time. I called and inquired about my order, where I learned of my mistake, but Trish (I believe that was the name of the lady I spoke with) was quick to help me and bumped my order up. They were able to MAKE and DELIVER my order within 42 minutes on one of the busiest flower buying days of the year!!! What a great experience! I live out of state and needed to order an arrangement for a family member. I called in the beginning of the week to place my order. The night before they were to be delivered I found out that there had been a change in my loved one's plans. I called JB first thing the next day and they were awesome about changing the message and redirecting the delivery to a new location. I didn't get to spend much time looking through the store. But they did have a couple varieties of Lilly that I was looking for. Decent pricing. $5 a stem. Each stem had 4 Lillie. With a little bit of greenery. I think the only shock was when I went to pick them up, was that the handed them to me unwrapped. No paper no siliphane. Had to ask them to at least wrap them in something. Her excuse was that they are brittle and bruise easy. But other than that, the bouquet was beautiful....
