Smolich Brothers Home-made Sausages — Local services in Crest Hill

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but they have some incredible homemade sausages. They mostly take orders ahead of time, but I got the impression that they have some available in their freezer daily, if needed. Most people want it fresh, so they place an order for pickup. Polish sausage and smoked Polish are fantastic. Glad I finally found a local place for homemade Polish sausage. Enjoy!

My dad has been going to Smolich for many years. Growing up everytime we had spaghetti sauce it was used with smolich Italian sausage. The Italian sausage taste so much better than the typical store bought ones (I promise you will notice the difference). Best sausage they have is the "smokey" (or smokie) sausage. Mixture of pork and fat with almost a crunchy bite to them.
