Revised #2: Store is very concerned over Google reviews. I get it. It helps get customers in. But service was not provided when my couch broke till I changed he googled review. And then once it was fixed I was bugged for a Google review update. So here is my update.

If your couch breaks makes sure you are sending pictures asked for to correct number as Google does not provide when calling off Google. Not sure why. If anything breaks change to Google review may be the only way to get the store action.

Revised #1: do not call off Google as it will give you a new number every time and if the couch breaks you get attitude from the staff. Currently taking me over a Month to TRY and get a repair order placed. Still no order placed and no confirmation they received my pictures...

My wife and I were greeted to a warm clean and family oriented environment right away as soon as we walk through the door. The showroom floor was nice because whatever it is that you’re inquiring as what you would get it wouldn’t be swapped out with something else like other stores would do Carlos made sure to ask questions even though we were determined the mattress we wanted he still would ask questions like most people would probably not do to make sure that this was the mattress for us not just to make a sale. My experience at Galería Furniture was absolutely fantastic! The Sale Associate that assisted me today was Juan, he was highly knowledgeable about addressing my sleep and back needs, especially, when it came to purchasing a brand new mattress. I definitely value sleep and Juan was able to show me different mattresses, so that I would have the opportunity to have a restful night. I will definitely be going back to Galería Furniture, also he was able to finance my purchased, 6 months 0% interest.
