I would like for a manager to contact me regarding this mornings experience with Cashier Renee' on 9 May 21 regarding a pump issue at the South Crestview store. Myself and other patrons were experiencing pump issues where the pumps declined the card and locked it in place. After waiting quite a bit to see if the card would eventually release, I decided to go into the store to inquire if there was a way to unlock my card from inside the store.
I waited patiently in line (the store was busy)and was received by a very nice cashier by the name of De'Ari. I asked if there was a way to have them unlocked or if a company serviced them that could assist. In the midst of me asking him questions, Renee came around the corner and instantly gave me attitude with a condescending tone about my inability to read instructions on the pump (which did not exist). The gentleman behind me who was experiencing the same issue, stated his pump had no instructions and had been in the store twice for assistance. She glared at me and went off to assist him. Thankfully a very nice truck driver was outside in my bay and noticed everyone having the same issue. He was the one to help me by forceably yanking my card from the pump.
I would love to give kudos to De'Ari for his level of professionalism and kindness to answer my questions. Renee' could use additional training on how to communicate with customers. She simply could have told me it was a known issue, and kindly explained to me the course of action to take, instead she chose hostility. At no time did I give anyone an attitude and in fact I thanked her for her instructions and told her that was information I was...
Read moreI find it completely disgusting that I a paying customer who did nothing wrong was asked to leave to store by someone who when I worked there wouldn’t allow me to trespass someone who came in everyday to harass me and the other employees. As far as telling everyone I looked so terrible because I was probably on drug and even tried to hit me with his car but I was told to put a smile on my face and treat him with respect he a paying customer. As employees we had to suck it up and deal with every paying customer no matter how they treated us or personal reasons but she had me leave because “she doesn’t like me hanging out up there” mind you I wasn’t up there longer than 40 mins and was enjoying the candy I paid for at the table with my son. I put my heart and soul into this store when I worked there and was fired for not staying professional when asking someone a man who was strung out on drugs yelling, cursing, and begging employees and customers for money. That store use to thrive and be so good, now it’s gone completely down hill I hope the new company Casey can turn that store...
Read moreAfter busting my butt for easter I wanted to kinda prank my kiddos and make them make a special trip for mom with very specific and ridiculous requests on the way to build nachos. I was purposely being obnoxious for entertainment, called Naya before they got to the store to get her into the joke, she was so polite and entertaining, and welcomed accommodating a bored mom messing with her kids. Naya sorry if I spelled it wrong just giggled with me and was happy to be apart of it. Good communication, good people skills, and very kind!! I will keep choosing my corner cefco over the big Cumberland bounties in my area. Cefco employs the kind, calm and loving people that remember when you come back....
