Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I must vent my dissatisfaction with the customer service at your South Ferdon location in Crestview, Florida, during my visit on July 22. The young male employee behind the counter showed unprofessional customer service skills throughout my interaction with him. After an initial mix-up with my order, when I was handed one pizza that did not belong to me, rather than the correct order that I was coming to pick up, when I received my correct order, it was with an "I-don't-care-about-you" and "you're-wasting-my-time" attitude rather than a courteous "here's your order" approach. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I expect better from a company like Little Caesars. I will never visit this location again in the future as I hope to never encounter that employee again. Greasy, doughy, gooey junk that you almost have to eat with a spoon. Grease soaks right through the box it’s served in. Will have you regret your choice of a 🍕joint while visiting the bathroom FIRST thing in the morning. Never fails! I’ve made this horrible decision more than once at this particular location while drunk, hungry and not giving a crap at the moment about what I’m putting into my stomach, only to always regret it later once sober. BTW… hope you’re not too hungry or in a hurry, because the clueless kiddos “working” at this location move like molasses. 30 up to 45 ⏰ minute wait each and every time I’ve made the mistake of ordering food here (not exaggerating!) Got my food fast and the crazy bread was great as always. But as soon as I opened my pizza I saw it all thrown on one side of the box sticking to the cardboard and it was half burnt. (Can’t post a picture for some reason) so that was super disappointing. Ate about 2 slices before I was just over it. So I’d give the pizza 1 star. The reason I gave 3 is because I called to complain and I believe her name is Ashley I have horrible memory. But she helped me and was extremely professional gave options on how to make it right and I appreciate her and her hard work. I give her a 5/5
