If I could rate this place negative stars I would. The only reason one would go to a place like this is for the expertise in regard to aftermarket truck parts and accessories. Ordered a tonneau cover through them decided that I would have them install 2 days later. The man that I ordered from was quite rude to begin with but decided to go through with the purchase anyway. When I brought my truck in for the installation it took just over an hour before they informed me that they had ordered the wrong one and when they did the woman at the front desk made it seem as if it were my fault that they ordered the wrong one. They said because I didn't tell them that the bed had the rail system and I said, no no you never asked. Also, the man that I ordered it from actually looked at the bed. The soonest they could get one in was January 4th so obviously asked for my money back and left.

Overall, lazy, very poor customer service, and not great pricing. Way better off just ordering online and installing yourself. Will never be going back...

Some of the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. The owner and technician are very rude and disrespectful when it was a simple problem that they made. I had to take it back multiple times they left crossmember bolts loose tie rods loose truck caught heavy death shake at 70 miles an hour, but they claimed it was nothing they did.that could've caused that. Then I brought it back the technician told me that they left bolts loose and not torque and apologize for it, but then still had to buy more parts from that happening that wasn't even nine months old from when they were installed. They claim it was nothing to do with them. And on top of that they marked the parts up over 100% markup. Learned my lesson you can't Always trust all local...

I can say without hesitation that STO is a first class and top notch organization ! The customer service provided by Sean Summerlin and his team are exemplary and should be the gold standard set for any business that cares about their customers and want to be successful. In addition to customer service.. product knowledge, taking time for explanations, and competitive pricing are just a few more attributes that separate themselves from the rest. This is the second review I’ve ever written in my life... good or bad, so not very often..... and this is an outstanding company to do business with. Great job STO...
