I went into CPR to have them look at an IPhone 13 that was having an issue with the screen protector not sealing to the screen. I went in wanting an estimate of what it would cost to get the screen fixed or would it be worth doing. They looked at the phone and stated it was the "brand" of screen protector. They then proceeded to put the screen protector on and they MADE it stick. With a little squigy tool to push out air bubbles. I go in a week later showing them the bubbles forming u der the screen protector the MADE go on and charged $26. I asked for a refund for the screen protector as I was sending the phone back. They stated that they don't do refunds on screen protectors. They told me that when I get another phone, to bring it in and they will put a screen protector on it and waive the fee. I told them no, I didn't know when I would be getting another phone and I didn't want to be stuck with a $26 screen protector that I can't use. I mean they could have refunded the money to take care of the customer. They wanted to argue.. horrible experience and I will not...

They know what they are talking bout right? Left my Xbox there, told I should get it back in a few days. Cool. 1 month 5 days later I finally get it back. Girl friend picked it up. Told her it work fine and is good to go. I go home, plug it in and what do you think happened? Nothing. Still didn’t work and wasted my time/money. Not going to say they don’t know what there doing but they definitely didn’t...

Upon searching the Internet, I couldn’t find a decent repair option that was under $500 Until I ran across the CPR cell phone repair locally and for a mirror $139 not only did they repair it and replace the screen to factory performance. They said that if anything else goes wrong or if some areas of the screen doesn’t work, they can warranty it out and repair/ replace it for...
