Good Things Donuts Inc — Restaurant in Crestview

I like their donuts far better than Krispy Kreme, which I grew up on in Pensacola & went to visit every time I came to FL. Now I prefer to tell people to try Good Things instead, especially if they are anywhere close to Crestview. They have blueberry fritters on Friday & Saturday as well, that taste great. The owners and the workers are very friendly & give great customer service. If you plan to have a large order, more than a dozen, you should order ahead a few days, and they will be able to make yours & have it waiting for you & then they will have enough made (in addition to your order) for the rest of their customers. On some mornings the line might get kinda long, so plan ahead if you don't know what you want, so you won't be late to Where you need to be. My husband and I decided to get donuts and were really looking forward to getting some Good Things! HOWEVER, As soon as I walked in, I was basically being looked up and down. I didn't catch her name but an older lady, looking around late 50's to late 60's, asked my husband and I what we wanted and sat there and tapped her fingers the entire time that we were trying to decide since he's never been. She continued to act and be very impatient and rude with us. Looking at me and treating me like a child when I'm 21 years old.. No smiling or friendliness like a person who works in customer service SHOULD have. This woman should not be allowed to still work in this establishment. Long story short, I will NOT be returning and this donut shop will never get our money again. I definitely DO NOT recommend...

Crazy prices for mediocre donuts and rude lady behind the counter. Half a dozen donuts for more than 2 dozen ar keispy kreme is kind of insane. Also the lady running the register is not friendly and very cold. I have never been to a donut shop that didnt give at least one free donut or donut holes when you buy a dozeen. The fact that dozen regular glazed is the same price as dozen chocolate but if you mix them for some reason its $2 more for the dozen. This is my third time coming here and will probably be my last.
