Joining HOTWORX in Crete by far was the best decision I could have made. I needed something new and different as I don’t really have the time to go to a typical gym for 1-2 hours at a time. Never knowing if you will have to wait for someone to finish the set so you can get your workout done. At HOTWORX you don’t have that issue. You schedule your time slot on the HOTWORX app and know you’re getting right in and out. The facility is clean and maintenance along with safety is a top priority! I feel amazing now that I am in the studio 6-7 days a week. My energy and overall physical health is improving each and every day. I was hesitant to join because of the "hot" part. I'm prone to headaches and migraines in the summer time,but working out in the saunas at Hotworx is a different heat than working out outside in the summer. I don't have headaches; I feel great, and I love seeing the sweat (makes me feel like I really pushed myself)! Emily and Jack are fantastic staff, and I look forward to seeing them when I go in. They're very helpful, supportive, and approachable.

This place is clean and the workers are so friendly and encouraging! I love that when I come in during staffed hours they know me by name and hype me up before my workout.
