Guanajuato — Restaurant in Crete

What a great find. If you are traveling from outside of Crete this is a must stop. Super authentic Mexican food that is actually authentic. They have gorditas, killer sopes, & even huraches. These things you don’t find at most places. They are extremely skilled at working with masa. Try a sope and tell me I am wrong. They are super light compared to the masa on most sopes and filled with great toppings. I look forward to many repeated times...
