Great dealership service department. Being Autistic this has been stressful. Everyone here has been very kind and understanding. I broke down 20 miles from dealership and 1200 miles from home. I had travel trailer with me. They squeezed me in the schedule so I could get worked seeing as I was just passing through and they let me stay in there parking lot with my trailer and also they let me get water so I could shower and cook. From a stress to calmness all due to these guys here at Dillon. If you have an issue with your vehicle they service, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, Chevy, and Buick basically every brand. Honest...

Sid Dillon is the only dealership left on the Unoted States that can still sell both Chevy and Ford products. An anachronism left over from the original days. We came to Crete 23 years ago. Wanting to support out small town, we tried to do business with them. But could get nowhere. With a change in management done time ago, all that changed. I believe we have now bought and/or traded 4 cars there in the last 14 years. We also bought our childrens vehicles there and helped our son buy a vehicle through them. I have been using Sid Dillon Ford services for a few years now. They are reasonably priced, do good work, and are willing to answer any questions I might have. Two years ago, they got me the exact tires I was searching for at a price cheaper than anywhere else. They have instilled confidence in me that any issues I might have they will be able solve reasonably and expediently.
