Can I give negative stars? Kim misdiagnosed me 6 times, finally gave me a prescription and then I got a call 4 days later, (my final day of the prescription), telling me they messed up and to not take the antibiotics they originally prescribed and that I need to go get a different kind. Naturally, my insurance would not help pay for the new prescription because I had not even completed the last one yet. I still haven't been told what is actually wrong with me, just that I have some type of infection and that I need to come back in again... for the 7th or 8th time in the past month or so. Additionally, every time I come in and see Kim, she immediately assumes I have an STD, likely because I am a non-white college aged woman, no matter what I tell her. She is unhelpful, rude, and obviously has no idea what she is actually doing because my body is now permanently messed up from her constant misdiagnoses. While my earwax issue (which was affecting my hearing) could likely have been resolved at any clinic, I was impressed with my experience at Crete Medical Center. A nurse flushed the wax, and for the first time I can remember, I left a doctor’s office with a problem that was completely resolved.

Although Dr. Jason Hesser spent only a short time with me, I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment, and he personally returned after the procedure to confirm that my hearing was restored. Dr. Jason Hesser deserves 5 stars. He has always been great with my family and my kids love him. I have seen a couple other providers in the clinic as well that I liked, especially Anna Warnes. Therapy is great as well. However, between family members and myself, I have never had a good experience in the ER. One provider was very rude to my mother and myself. Her issue was not resolved and she ended up needing surgery elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the hospital but never heard anything back. I could go on with other experiences but I'll stop.
