Absolutely terrible! Stay far away! Dealing with a heater issue for almost a year, they sold me multiple flushes, a heater core job, and a head gasket, none of which fixed my heating issue, after all that they finally told me its particles in the coolant clogging the core after i spent $1000s of dollars on unnecessary repairs shouldnt that been of noticed the first time i brought it in? I had it checked at several other mechanics in Lincoln to get more opinions before i did the head gasket which all said it checked out fine and i got the diagnostic reports, but i agreed to do the head gasket because they said that would fix the heat and i was desperate for a heater during the cold months and they were the local “jeep” dealer so i trusted them but only if they agreed that if it didnt fix the problem i wouldnt have to pay for it because of all the money i was spending which they agreed Shaye Epp was the one i was talking to the whole time but they lied to me and charged me the full amount, i paid half and was gonna pay the other half the next friday but it stopped working again before then so i called and talked to a manager Mike Wagoner who apologized and said they would look at it again and make sure it was working for me before they gave it back and that they wouldnt charge me anymore money to make it right, got it back worked about a week or so then stopped again, they charged me the other half of the heater core job weeks later after saying they wouldnt charge me anymore so i was lied to twice and once by a main manager and im still driving around with a heater not working properly having the exact same symptoms it did the first day i brought it in almost a year ago. Talked to Mike again and he denied saying that they werent gonna charge me the other half and i told them i had audio recording of the conversations saying that they wouldnt charge me if it didnt fix the problem and he tried to intimidate and harass me because i said i had those audio recordings. This is how they treat their high paying customers? No offers of refunds or anything just screwed me over and still have no heat and still no diagnosis on where the particles are coming from in the coolant. All i wanted was my heater fixed, ive contacted Jeeps corporate about the situation. Read moreI recently took my 2021 Ford Escape in after the backup camera stopped working and displayed a message advising me to contact a Ford dealer. Since my vehicle is still under a bumper-to-bumper warranty, I went to the dealership to see if it would be worth using that coverage. I was told that if the camera itself was broken, the repair would cost between $700–$1,000 out of pocket without the warranty. Because my warranty requires a diagnostic fee regardless, I agreed to the $175 charge—thinking it would be a far better deal than potentially paying up to $1,000.
After receiving a call confirming the camera was broken, I approved the repair. Everything went smoothly, but I later saw that the actual part only cost $56. Had I known the real cost upfront, I would have opted to purchase the part myself and have it installed by someone I trust.

Read moreService department rocks here but I will never get a vehicle here ever again. Applied for a loan through them and had to wait on some paperwork for the loan. So I asked if there was anything else I needed while I was waiting for that paperwork, I was told no they had everything else. Finally get the paperwork needed and took it in to the location and they gave me a list of stuff I needed to bring in for the bank. I specifically asked if I needed anything else and was told no. Anyways, so we get the loan and a week later we get a call stating that if we don't get ahold of the bank they are going to cancel the loan. So get ahold of the bank and the dealership put in the wrong number so they couldn't get ahold of us. Then they said the dealership forgot to have us sign a paper so that had to be done by the end of the day or they will cancel the loan. At this point I am tired of the dealership and the loan company. I go to pay off my loan and it when I called to ask about getting the title the bank took a month and a half to release it and another week to get it to me.
