I was on Sunday the 15th of July and there were 4 people already being waited on there were four people working so when I came in I asked if they had time for a mani-pedi they told me asking to take a seat so I did about 15 minutes later someone else came in asked if they the same thing they told her to pick a color so she did and then another person came in she needed a full set and then after that another lady came in wanting a pedicure. When the first guy finished working on his customer. Wouldn't he asked who is next I said I was instead up he told me to sit down and no he then got into an argument with the other guy that works there basically about me and how he was not going to wait on me. After several minutes of arguing he ran water in three pedicure stations until this all the comeback so we did then he proceeded to go to the girl who came in 15 minutes after me and start working on her. When my partner got there I had been there about an hour and asked if I was about done no one had started me yet so I got out of my chair and said yes I'm done since they're refusing to wait on me and it's not first come first serve is it supposed to be I left. I came home called them to ask why the guy refused to wait on me was it because I was a guy was it because I was overweight or is it because I'm gay they said they didn't discriminate against me that this woman had an appointment. If she had an appointment then why did she ask if they had time for a mani-pedi. I told him they were lying that she did not have an appointment and if they did discriminate against me. I've been going there for over 3 years I brought in several people with me before to get their nails done as well and I was a good customer. I was very hurt by the way I was treated they defended him saying just keep saying she had an appointment they had an appointment. She did not have an appointment they discriminated against me because I'm a overweight male who happens to be gay. I will never step foot in their establishment again they have lost a...

I told that I could get there at 12:15pm. I was 4 minutes late. I apologized first thing when I got there. There were 3 people working. I waited around 15 minutes and was told to to pick a color, which I had already done. Then I was told that because I was late I would have to wait longer. Which I could understand if I would have 15 minutes or more late, but I was only 4 minutes late. What noticed was there were 2 ladies getting a pedicure & having their gel nails soaked off. Then another lady with an appointment came in. So what that told me was they had no attentions on taking me at for my 12:15 appointment. They thought it would be OK to keep me waiting while they did a pedicure and another set of nails, which at best would have taken a 90 minutes. I left called Twin Cities Nails in St.Louis Park, was able to get a appointment at 1:30. Then in the middle of my manicure, Great Nails called. Needless to say, I didn't...
