I bought 2 swords for my fiance for an anniversary gift. I would get the same run around from multiple other engraving places that I called. They either would not let me bring the swords in to have them engraved or the price to have it done was astronomically high. When my sister and I called here and he quoted me the price I was excited but anxious since his price was dramatically lower than anyone else I spoke with. I looked at a bunch of his work online and was impressed. I dropped the swords off and they were done in a week. And they look absolutely AMAZING!! I was so excited for my fiance to open them and see his reaction. He's been like a kid in a candy store every since! He's absolutely in love with them, is very impressed with the engraving work that was done, and I'm over the moon with his reaction and the product. I have future plans of getting a decent amount of work done here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Will definitely be going back for more work...

Dick was so helpful! When other jewelers and even things remembered wouldn't touch my antique pocket watch he said he was willing to try. I was actually able to customize my engraving with my own design and Dick brought it to life! Unlike other places, what you ask for is what you get, with lasering, we were able to do several proofs to get it just perfect before we committed to a final design. I was so impressed that I asked him to make us a custom cake topper on the spot! I’m absolutely ecstatic with how amazing this diploma for my niece came out. I brought them the raw wood to look at some time ago and they gave me a few suggestions before bringing it in -- including not staining. Boy was that the right call. The black lettering and darker grains are perfect against the brown tones. I think they even took extra care to line up the lettering to the flow of the grain! We also talked about possible precision issues since some of the signature lines at the bottom can’t be wider than an eyebrow hair. But their were no issues - the detail couldn’t be more precise.
