Stopped in today to wash my truck and you were very busy, after waiting in line for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes it was our turn to go into the tunnel we paid for the 21 dollar service after being sprayed down by your attendant before entering the wash tunnel he went inside the office and did not touch my vehicle and knowing we were getting the wrong wash for which we paid so we went through the wash and had to run down the person in the office to at the very least get an explanation after doing so they did offer us a refund and did give us a refund telling us that the attendant had noticed we had the happy face and he entered us for a 6 dollar wash and that tells me he knew he made a mistake but had I finished the wash and left without knowing an extra 15 dollar profit on that wash which is what I am most upset about so after talking to what seems to be the person in charge and him giving the option of either our money back or to run back through with about 12 cars ahead of us (no thanks) or a refund, we chose a refund and told them we won't be back and he said OK no big deal I will be right back with your refund and whats more this has happened in the past and I didn't realize it until I had left the property so in my opinion I believe this is your common business practice and if you get caught then you give a refund but if you don't then more...

I asked the young woman at the gate if it was a one time fee and then I got 30 days car wash whenever I wanted, and she said yes. She gave me a receipt and I looked over it while I was going through the car wash. It said $16 monthly fee which she had not told me about. When I went inside and talked to the guy with lip hardware and explained that I felt like I had been misled, he gave a lot of attitude and was rude. I then went back outside and asked the young woman at the gate why she didnāt tell me up front that it was a recurring monthly fee and she said she did when she did NOT.
